Supplier of a leading toolkit for CNC simulation and verification, MachineWorks, has released its latest version, MachineWorks v6.5, including the new MachineBuilder, which can speed up and simplify the whole integration process. The MachineBuilder is a quick-start tool that helps integrate the MachineWorks libraries.

Furthermore, MachineWorks v6.5 sees the introduction of a file format fully describing a machine tool that can be shared and standardised.

Using the file format in combination with the MachineWorks MachineBuilder, it is possible to create an application that simulates a machine in as little as one day.

MachineWorks MachineBuilder allows users to quickly develop their own application, with its own unique look and feel that can sit either on the controller or a standalone PC.
